Making our communities a better place

We believe the community that matters most is the one we’re both a part of. And as a community bank that supports 22 Iowa communities, we don’t take that belief lightly. After all, when the locations we serve succeed, we succeed. And if we can play a role in helping to sustain or grow these communities, we feel like we’ve done our job.

But we don’t stop there. We work in a culture that supports that belief. That’s why our team members donate more than 12,000 hours annually, supporting organizations that make our communities better places for children, education, health, economic development and other charities.
