Here’s what to expect…

 

Phase 1: Application (online or in person)

Personal loan applicants have the option of applying in person at Bank Iowa, on the phone with a loan officer or they may apply online here.

 

What you will need:

• Two most recent paystubs (if applicant is self-employed, then we typically require the last two years of tax returns).
• Photo ID.

 

Phase 2: Meet your Bank Iowa loan specialist 

Once the application is completed, a Bank Iowa loan specialist will want to speak with you over the phone or in person about your financial goals as it will relate heavily to your personal loan options. The conversation can be completed in as little as 15 minutes, but we can take as long as you need to help you feel comfortable and informed.

 

Phase 3: Close your loan

Once the application is completed and you’ve agreed upon your loan terms you will then schedule an in-person loan closing with your Bank Iowa loan specialist. Then… well, enjoy whatever you’re doing with the money!
