Bill Pay

Skip the stamps and save time with Bank Iowa’s free online bill pay. Managing your payments is simple and secure with just a few clicks.

Bank Iowa Bill Pay Features:

To use bill pay, you must be enrolled in online banking. If you’re already an online banking user, simply log in to your account, select “Bill Payment” under the “Transaction” menu, and follow the prompts to enroll.

Mobile Deposit

With Bank Iowa’s mobile deposit, you can deposit checks from anywhere using your smartphone or tablet.

How to Enroll and Use Bank Iowa Mobile Deposit:

      1. Log in to the Bank Iowa mobile banking app.

      2. Under the “Settings” menu, select “Mobile Deposit Enrollment” and follow the prompts to submit your application.*

      3. After submitting, log out and log back in. This resets your menu and unlocks “Transfers & Payments > Deposit Check.”

      4. Choose the account you’d like to deposit into and enter the check amount.

5. Tap “Front of Check” and place the check (front side up) on a dark surface. Align it within the on-screen brackets and tap the white circle to take the photo.

6. Repeat the process for the back of the check. Make sure your endorsement appears on the left and write “For Deposit Only at Bank Iowa” beneath your signature.

7. Review both images to ensure clarity and visibility of the top two corners. If everything looks good, scroll down and tap “Submit Deposit.”

*To use mobile deposit, you must be enrolled in  Bank Iowa’s online banking and mobile app. Separate enrollment is required for mobile deposit. Terms and conditions apply—ask us for details or view them in the app.

Digital Wallet

Enjoy the benefits of our digital wallet  –  convenient and secure, you can integrate digital wallets into many common financial management tools to simplify your life.

Adding your Bank Iowa debit card to an Apple device:
  • Go to “Settings” and select “Wallet & Apple Pay”.
  • Tap “Add Card” and follow on-screen steps.
  • Tap “Next”. Bank Iowa will now verify your information. The app will automatically route you to a phone number where a team member will guide you through the verification process and answer any questions you may have.
  • Complete setup and security verification.

Adding your Bank Iowa debit card to an Android device:
  • Tap on Samsung Pay or Google Pay app (Google Pay works across all Android devices):
  • Open or install Google Pay or Samsung Pay on your device.
  • Tap “Get Started” and enter your security information.
  • Select “Payment Cards”, then tap “Add Card” and follow the prompts.
  • Click “Next”. Bank Iowa will now verify your information. The app will automatically route you to a phone number where a team member will guide you through the verification process and answer any questions you may have.
