How to enroll in eDocuments (Electronic Statements, Notices and Tax Forms)

1. Log in to your Bank Iowa online or mobile banking account. (If you haven’t enrolled yet, you must sign up for online or mobile banking first.)

2. Go to the Settings menu and select “eDocument Enrollment.”

3. Under the “Delivery Type” column, choose "ElectronicDocuments.”

4. A prompt will appear with Bank Iowa’s Document Delivery Disclosure. Review the terms and, if you agree, check the “I accept the Document Delivery Disclosure” box.

5. Enter or update your primary and alternative email addresses for eDocument notifications. (These preferences can be customized for each account.)

6. Click “Submit” to confirm your enrollment.

 

Once enrolled, you will receive an email notification each time a new eDocument is available. Simply, log into online banking to view your eDocuments.

How to View eDocuments

To ensure you can access your eDocuments, you’ll need to complete a one-time PDF verification process.

1. Log in to your Bank Iowa online or mobile banking account. (If you haven’t enrolled in eDocuments, you’ll be prompted to do so.)

2. Select “eDocuments” from the menu. (Ensure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader, available for free at adobe.com.)

3. Choose an account and statement cycle from the dropdown menus.

4. Click “Get Statement” to access your eDocument.

 

Printing & Saving Your eDocuements

To Print Your eDocument

1.   Open your eDocument.

2.   Click the "Print" Icon from within your PDF viewer

4.   Select your printer and click “Print”

 

To Save Your eDocument

1.   Open your eDocument.

2.   Click the “Save” icon from within your PDF viewer

4.   Choose where you’d like to save the document and click “Save”
