How to enroll in eStatements

1. Log in to your Bank Iowa online or mobile banking account. (If you haven’t enrolled yet, you must sign up for online or mobile banking first.)

2. Go to the Settings menu and select “eStatement Enrollment.”

3. Under the “Delivery Type” column, choose “eStatement.”

4. A prompt will appear with Bank Iowa’s eStatement delivery agreement. Review the terms and, if you agree, check the “I accept” box.

5. Enter or update your primary and alternative email addresses for eStatement notifications. (These preferences can be customized for each account.)

6. Click “Save” to confirm your enrollment.

 

Once enrolled, you will receive an email notification each month when your eStatement is ready. Simply, log into online banking to view your statements.

Verifying your eStatement access

To ensure you can access your eStatements, you’ll need to complete a one-time PDF verification process.

1.   Click “Get Code” when prompted.

2.   Copy the verification code displayed on the PDF.

3.   Enter the code in the designated field within online banking.

4.   Click “Verify” to complete the process.

 

How to View eStatements

To ensure you can access your eStatements, you’ll need to complete a one-time PDF verification process.

1. Log in to your Bank Iowa online or mobile banking account. (If you haven’t enrolled in eStatements, you’ll be prompted to do so.)

2. Select “eStatements” from the menu. (Ensure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader, available for free at adobe.com.)

3. Choose an account and statement cycle from the dropdown menus.

4. Click “Get Statement” to access your eStatement.

 

Printing & Saving Your eStatements

To Print Your eStatement

1.   Open your statement.

2.   Scroll until the PDF menu bar appears.

3.   Click the Print Icon

4.   Select your printer and click “Print”

 

To Save Your eStatement

1.   Open your statement.

2.   Scroll until the PDF menu bar appears.

3.   Click the “Save” icon.

4.   Choose where you’d like to save the document and click “Save”
